PAINS - A Poem

Some pains will bring the beast out of you
If you've been fake, some pains 'll outrightly make you live true
Some pains make our lives true through what we're going through
And some pains serve as a cue
To help us checkmate life's puzzle too.


When failure hug you out of the blue
And yo'er desperately looking for someone to sue
When hardship to your life bitterly glue
And you feel like yo'er been hit by juju
The pains may exceed breaking a bone or two
But, remember, yo'er you
And pain is part of what makes you too.


Hug it tight...
Use it as a weapon in life's fight
Let it drive you to set things right
Stop been limited by fright
For a friend like pain can catapult you to a place of attainable height.

Old Mr Death, I have a complaint against your nefarious deeds. Yes, I know you are inevitable But I hate the fact that you are inconsiderate You are a foe of all races, Putting fear in the face of humanity. How dare you? You took our loved ones and left us in pain You turned a sweet home sour You set our lives in jeopardy. How could you ruthlessly pull the child's life like a tooth? Their happiness you mercilessly devour, this I yearn the sooth.
