AC Milan ready Ronaldo bid AC Milan are readying an offer for Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo, according to reports in Italy. TuttoMercatoWeb (via @Rossonero_Fans on Twitter) state that Milan’s Chinese owners have given the green light to invest €150m for Cristiano Ronaldo. Madrid president Florentino Perez has been informed, while Milan director Marco Fassone and Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes have spoken about Cristiano in “a concrete way”. This comes after reports that Milan’s directors met Mendes in Sardinia earlier in the week to discuss his other clients; namely Renato Sanches, Falcao and Diego Costa. There were rumours shortly after the meeting that CR7’s name had been brought up, but nothing lending itself to concrete interest. Zinedine Zidane spoke about the future of Ronaldo on Thursday, adding fuel to the rumours: “Cristiano Ronaldo? Chelsea targets Renato Sanches

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has reportedly asked Bayern Munich about a deal for Manchester United target Renato Sanches while the two clubs are out in Singapore. That’s according to the  Daily Mirror , who claim Conte has spoken to Bayern chiefs about the possibility of striking a deal for the unwanted Portuguese midfielder. Sanches joined Bayern last summer from Benfica, but has proved a big disappointment and  has been told he can leave for £43million . Conte has been training with his squad using the facilities of the Singapore American School. His side face Inter Milan on Saturday morning in the final game of their Asia Tour. It was after the  Blues’ 3-2 defeat to Bayern on Tuesday  that Conte is understood to have spoken to the German champions about Sanches, the midfielder who gave N’Golo Kante the runaround at the Singapore Sportshub. Liverpool midfielder;  Georginio Wijnaldum is apparently enjoying his days with the reds after joining from Newcastle at the beginning of the season.
